what is a good strength/powerlifting routine? Reps
This is a general question, ive been lifting serious for about 6 months now, i started on ripptoes then went onto a split routine/fullbody etc.
I need a good strength building routine, i can only lift 3 times a week now through other sports just starting,i can lift monday, wensday and friday.
any ideas? i am only planning to do this program for 2 months max, i want to builde more strength for footy.

umm thats just a excercise, i mean a program. aka 5x5. thanks anyway.
