so who else got weird on christmas this year? I drank whiskey ginger ales all day and slammed wine while binge eating.
Woke up today and slammed push day and looked huge as fuk, that refeed of peace+alcohol
Also hit 125's for 12 on DB bench today since my gym only goes to 125

Felt light.

I hit 305x1 on the bench today. After binge drinking on bacardi 151 last night.
