Srs? I nearly puked on that one. Maybe something was wrong with the powder itself, but I really hated that flavor. Cherry limeade was the best cherry limeade I've ever tried

I always just popped some in my mouth without liquid. Had a nice kind of sour zest to it. Really unique amongst pre's. Will say Raspberry Lemonade was on deck more often than not.

Same feelings. Old PI at 1.5 scoop was so strong and tasty.

I like it probably a heaping scoop for me. It doesn't take much to get a pump going for me.

1g-2g is pretty common

For mechanisms through acetylcholine, the choline should be pulsed in high doses acutely as higher doses are partitioned to the brain to a greater extent. 1-2g is typically used.

I have ingested slightly over that in the form of Soy lecithin combined with pre workouts utilizing choline to prob around 2.5g or more

Trimethylglycine (TMG for short, and also known to incorrectly be referred to as betaine) is a metabolite of choline that occurs in the diet and mediates the methylation properties of choline supplementation.

It appears that supplementation of TMG at the dose of 1,000mg daily has been able to increase steady state concentrations of TMG from 31.4+/-13.6µM to 52.5+/-26.5µM (a 67% increase from baseline levels)[21] whereas supplementation of the same dose of choline (1,000mg of choline via 2,400mg choline bitartrate) was able to increase steady state TMG from a median value of 30.7µM to 54.6-65µM (a 77-111% increase) alongside serum increases in choline itself (from 7.33µM to 11.1-11.7µM).[3] This suggests that, at least at supplemental doses up to 1,000mg, that choline and trimethylglycine are equipotent at increasing serum TMG and methylation.

Hmm that's strange.
Although it's not a proprietary blend and has some good doses, I would still go with the old version.
Maybe TSN will make a pre just for energy, a bit similar to old PI.

It looks good to me. Pump and focus, and I workout towards the end of the night now, so I'm fine with 200 mg of caffeine. Will definitely be picking up a tub when it's released.

Does anybody even check if what is on the label is indeed in the tub? Because if not, companies can just put anything on the label, even if it is not actually in the tub. Wouldn't really surprise me to see some companies putting exact same prop blend inside a tub and then do the open label on the outside.

Having used Pump Igniter and Hemavol - I have to give the pump edge to Hemavol. Now with the new pump igniter having even less stims, it really is a no brainer IMO.
