    Which program would you recommend?

I've been lifting since 2010 and it's only been this year that I was able to lift heavier with the help of my son. I got stuck for more than a year at 185 lbs on bench press since no one was spotting me. My new record now is at 215x3 and I'm extremely happy with that.

Anyways, my problem is that I am not following any program. I think my workout is similar to the pattern of Stronglift where I exercise say deadlift twice a week like monday and Friday. Unfortunately, sometimes I forget which exercise I did and when I go to my gym(basement), I will workout whatever my body feels like working out.

I want to follow a program and I will make sure to follow it. I'm going to put it in Excel and log my workout too.

What program would you recommend then?

    Thanks in advance!

Stick to Bill Starr's 5x5 program for a few weeks. Always bring a small pad with you when you hit the gym

or you can do the advanced version
