Yes, absolutely. The way the evidence/timeline is laid out before you in each episode is what makes it so good... seeing the process in action and just how FUKKED it was is what is so rage-inducing.

Binge watched it over the last three days, unreal how corrupt the system was top to bottom. Im not sure who rustled my jims the most, probably that kunt kratz but there were a lot. Thought they'd make a bigger deal about the blood vile evidence clearly being tampered with. All the guys involved with interviewing Brendan and his first lawyers are complete scumbags. Don't know how you sleep at night knowing you clearly coerced a kid with learning disabilities into admitting he committed a crime he wasn't involved with.

Jimmies were seriously rustled. That dickhead Lenk just so happens to be there every time they find 'new' evidence. Lies about what time he showed up on the property, etc. So much stuff. Just binged watched it all after reading this thread yesterday. Holy ****.

This 10 hour series is basically the defence argument for a retrial. Lenk is beyond corrupt, how didnt any of the jury realise this without any doubt? Its absurd, and for the jury to all be from the same county that the police are from is ridiculous, theyre already going to be bias.

The day after he initially got out of prison after 18 years, Lenk filed a report about the phonecall he received years earlier stating someone might wrongfully be in prison for the crime. Trying to cover himself, coincidence it was a day after.

Lenk dealt with the DNA of the rape

Lenk called about the rav4 vehicle BEFORE it was found

Lenk said he got to the house at 6pm on his first report, and then stated it was at 2pm when he got questioned by the defence, he only changed the times because if he did go at 6pm he should have signed in, but he didnt, so changing his story he thought would save him, must have forgot he already said 6pm months earlier.

There was video of the spot where the key were later found, but nothing was there on the carpet at first, also nothing was found on the first days of the search, later the shoes are much closer to the table and placed as if to kind of hide the key, the bookshelf that the prosecutors say the key fell from was searched and emptied and nothing was found, but then a day later a key fell from there?

The test tube (purple cap) of Steven Avery's blood had a hole in, and the seal broken, theres no other theory for why there was a pin size hole in the top, lenk knew about that blood sample.

They searched the entire garage for 8 days and nothing was found, Lenk comes back and searches it 8 months later, and now suddenly theres a bullet with blood on?

She was meant to of been shot in the garage, but not a single bit of blood splatter was found anywhere. Maybe he bleached the whole thing and cleaned it? Well if he did, there was cracks on the floor and her blood would of ran into it, if he had bleached it, even his DNA wouldnt of been found, but samples of his DNA was still there but nothing of hers.

How if he did tie her up and slit her throat was no blood found in the bedroom either or blood where they carried her body.

I might be missing something, but with the Stevens case they said he/they killed her in the garage (but no blood was ever found, even after they dug the cement up)

But with Brendans case they said they murdered her in the bedroom(Also no blood, or even a sign of a struggle on the bed posts were found)

In every other civilized country all the inappropriately obtained evidence would have been struck out, including the key and a lot of the eye witness testimony against Avery. However that said, it's ridiculous to think that he was actually innocent because that would rely upon the Police and the murderer working in concert to frame him, the murderer intercepting Theresa on a public road as soon as she left the property in her vehicle, the murderer then managing to sneak significant parts of the physical evidence past Avery, such as sneaking up to his house and burying a huge tin of bones in his fire pit, sneaking the car onto the property and doing this all without anyone noticing. There is no doubt the local Police were corrupt and incompetent, but by the same measure they simply also weren't competent enough to carry out the extent of the conspiracy that would have been required to have been involved in the murder itself.

The conduct towards the kid was simply appalling, those interviews should never have been admitted, and there is so much case law from other Western nations about the dangers of confession evidence particularly when it comes from vulnerable individuals.

i was trying to convince myself before ep 8 that they had so much evidence that the police were corrupt that justice would be served, but no it ended horribly

Avery's civil lawsuit would have bankrupted the county and ruined lots of people's careers. This was a frame job no doubt.

Was a good watch, but Avery is a sick puppy to begin with... I don't know what to believe, he has a long history with the police, including lighting a cat on fire... sick puppy.

Knows she regularly goes to the avery farm and avery is a recent prison inmate (probably didn't like her going there in the 1st place when dating)
He kills her, tosses her in the rav-4 and ditches the body (burning it, this part seems very risky and hard)
puts the rav4 in the back of the property, leaves it there.

The ex bf just ditches car and body there, knowing the cops will just blame Avery.

Cops come along, find evidence and blame Avery.
Corrupt cops wanna garuntee it, so they plant blood and key when lack of evidence comes up.


Boom done deal. The only thing is the fire on averys farm makes it unlikely that the exbf did it, He would be nuts to stand around while burning a body in a barrel.

The hunting guy could have done it. Shoot her, he's comfortable on the property, has a fire, and then frames his son and Avery.
