i think the crime scene would have been a lot more sloppy if they had done it. these guys had a confirmed iq of like 70 each (aka the avg iq of the misc).
i came across this theory. probably not true but it's interesting

I could see him doing it after he got out and was just like fuk this world for putting me away for 18 years.
Also raged at why the sloot he was originally convicted of assaulting didn't pay for his defense. She owes him at least that much. She was loaded too. Made him settle his lawsuit for peanuts. But all that evidence that points to police tampering...lol just lol. That ******* cop finding they key sitting there in the open on their 7th? search....the vial of blood tampered with. Shady as fuk...I wish he was a Packer thoughLast edited by YOTTO; 12-25-2015 at 01:52 PM.

One of jurors posted on fb that there were a few members of the jury who were adamant that he was guilty before the trial even started. One of those jurors was the father of a County Sheriff's deputy and another was the husband whose wife works for the Manitowoc County clerk of courts office.
It was all shady as ****. The alternate theory above is interesting and Teresa's ex-boyfriend seemed shady as fuk too.

Did anyone else find it weird that the roommate seemed to be involved in the search, but the day they went to search the averys property he went to his family's cabin?
Friday night. Date night in Miami. Every night is a date night in Miami, and everyone's having sex. But for me, sex never enters into it. I don't understand sex. Not that I have anything against women, and I certainly have an appropriate sensibility about men, but when it comes to the actual act of sex, it's always just seemed so undignified. But I have to play the game.

Logged in hoping to find a 10 page thread on this. Misc, am disappoint.
At the absolute bare minimum, I don't get how the jurors couldn't find reasonable doubt. The defense supplied plenty of it in the Avery case, and the Dassey case was 100% based on a pretty clearly coerced confession. The kid was obviously led to everything he said, and even said plenty of things that didn't happen. His weasel face attorney is scum for letting his investigator lead him into a second confession when he thought he was being counseled.

It's very good, you get mad/sad watching it because it's about how a man was put in prison for a crime he didn't commit for 18 years and then (most likely) it happened to him again, both times because of insane incompetence, corruption, and outright criminal action by literally every department of law enforcement in the small town he lives in.
Every single episode makes you feel like

Lol watching it as we speak. Ep8 right now.
Imo ex bf did it.
He knew she was there often. Easy crime to get away with. The bloody hair transfer in the rav 4 is everything. Unless you're taking a body from one place to the next over long distances you wouldn't put her in there.aka. Tomthetrainwreck

Was a good watch, but Avery is a sick puppy to begin with... I don't know what to believe, he has a long history with the police, including lighting a cat on fire... sick puppy.
But, with that being said... The whole case is fked, and I don't think he did what he was accused of.Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.
