So for the past few days(actually I've been doing it for a month now, mostly). I've been eating greens containing avocado, cherry tomatoes, sometimes i put grapes, maybe 8-10oz chicken and at least 2 tbsp of ranch dressing. Every morning when I wake up, I see my stomach a little bloated. I was really wondering because the food I ate the previous night were greens. I also even had tons of water intake that take.
Last night, I changed it and I was actually worried because I ate tons of pizza around 10pm. I really prepared myself last night that in the morning, I'll have a bloated stomach. But I was wrong, I had flatter stomach today. Damn, I'm so confused now with food. We see vegan people claim that when they started eating green, it actually helped them melt fats. However, not in my case. I'm thinking of now dumping greens again though I'm enjoying it especially when I put ranch or balsamic vinaigrette!
Sigh it's like a russian roulette!

How the hell are you green?
Greens/water can you bloat you up because of their fiber and high water content.
Pizza and other high carb/sodium foods can temporarily increase vascularity/aesthetics due to the carbs/sodium replenishing glycogen levels and temporarily "filling you out".
Everything is fine in moderation, and no, that doesn't mean you should avoid greens. They're still loaded with micronutrients.
