    Holy Kai Greene methods mind BLOWN. Kai fans Get IN. (15-20 reps??)

    So first of all I have to say Kai is easily one of the most motivational athletes in my books.

    I've discovered some of his videos and tips and my mind is blown at his methods.

    The guy will put 1 plate on either side and bench for 15-20 reps. For 4 sets.... What?

    I really like his mind to muscle philosophy, but is this legit how he ALWAYS trains??

    Jay cutler/Ronnie etc. Load 500 pounds and crank the sloppiest form for 5 reps.

    Yet they all have similar physiques...

    Is Kai full of it ?

    None of that matters.

    All that matters is after they work out they meet or exceed that 30 minute anabolic window by having a whey isolate protein shake right after a work out. Normally they use 3-4 scoops because they have so much mass.

    He is for real and since you are not as strong as Kai you should put 10 pounds on each side of the bar and do 15 to 20 reps that way you will grow fast and maybe one day you can put a plate on each side.

    He aims for 15-20 reps on everything but he definitely benches more than 1 plate for working sets. He's also very strict about form.

    Current Pro bodybuilders aren't going to be 100% honest about their routines or cell tech. There's another video of him military pressing at least 315. Haven't seen it in a while but it could've been more.

    You might be thinking of a de-load week where they just go through the motions instead of take a week off at a light weight and super strict form.

    Nah man not a de-load week I'm certain.

    He did a series of vids called "training with Kai" where he took a young body builder and they trained a muscle group together.

    He seems like a real legit dude but it's just so odd to me that they were doing 15-20.

    I'm wondering if he advocates these unorthodox ways just simply to set himself apart from other BBers.

    In all honesty, that's complete bull****. You need progressive overload to put on muscle. Aka doing more weight over time.
    If you really want to succeed, choose to be blind and do whatever it takes to see.

    You can still progressive overload high reps

    I do 8-12 ranges...shiyat some of the machines I max out and just rep the fuk out until I cant do more...and eventually I can do more reps with them maxed out
