Hey guys, sorry it's a bit late, had some fam troubles lately, funerals etc.


So I was lucky eenough to receive some GRENADE BCAAs, fat burner, carb killa bar and some preworkout.

For the start, I will begin with BCAA.

There are a few things I look for in a BCAA product.

1. Mixability.
2. How does it help my endurance and cramping while doing cardio?
3. Taste.

Grenade's BCAA is fantastic in all three categories. It mixes perfectly; I will post pictures when home. 10/10, no problem.

As for cramping and endurance, I feel it is helping. I haven't done cardio in awhile, and I'm not having any cramps or getting easily winded.

The taste is also great. Personally, I prefer a stronger taste, so in one bottle of water one scoop is a LITTLE flavor light. however, at 1.5 scoops it is perfect for my tastebuds .

The daily log will follow until I'm out of bcaa.

Now I've already used about 5 scoops of this, for my morning fasted cardio.

I find that I am not feeling cramping whatsoever, and feel great afterward. Note that I also take one capsule of the fat burner approx 15 mins before I start my HIIT sprint/walk. I can really feel the fat burner heat me up and help me to sweat. My girlfriend tried a scoop of the BCAA and a cap of the fat burner and really enjoyed it aswell. The problem is, we can't get Yohimbe very easily here in Canada, so I need to conserve these bad boys

Hit my fasted cardio again this morning. Something I've noticed while using is that I am less sore after workouts. Really great especially since I'm cutting. Today I ran longer than usual (40 min HIIT) and noticed zero cramps using 1.5 scoops. really impressive.

Firstly, sorry to hear about the troubles, we hope alls ok with you bro!

Great start to the log, we agree with the flavor being lighter when mixed with more water, i do tend to double the water so need to double the serving, just personal preference i suppose.

Have you tried both flavors?

I have, and both are very good. I can't pick a preference, as I truly do enjoy both. Something else I'd like to add for anyone reading is that the carb killa bar is unreal. I got the caramel one, but am hooked. Much better than some of the sandpaper bars, or the ones that are like laffy-taffy. Very chocolate-bar like, with amazing macros.

Dude, the hydra 6 strawberry siege is probably the greatest tasting protein of all time. Really impressed with the burner as well, and I'm not usually one to use a fat burner.





Just finished up with this mornings fasted cardio - I did an hour of steady state, so I used 2 scoops of defend in approx 800 ml of water. Taste was 100% on point - I think this is my sweet spot. As far as the effectiveness, it was great. I just did legs before bed (busy schedule lol) so getting up 7 hrs later to do cardio is usually a pain. However, the burner + the defend made it feel like a sunday stroll (kind of). Great that my legs didn't feel too fatigued, and I was able to run for the full hour.

I'd also like to add that I tried the .50 cal last night for legs, and it was amazing as well. Great clean energy and focus, which is something that is paramount on a leg day for me. I'm going to try the other sample pack tonight for my push day, but I am really quite impressed with all of the Grenade products I've tried - all except the multi. My next order I think I'll pick up one of those grenade shirts too, they're pretty badass.

Had probably the best workout all year using the fruit .50 cal. AMAZING preworkout, will surely buy. Got another few servings of defend, so I will use those up in the coming days, but so far I am super impressed with the entire Grenade line, and I've been sharing that info with all of my friends/family as recommendations.

Thanks for the awesome update and happy you had great workout with the new .50 caliber! I personally love the new .50 it's one of the best I've had and not just saying that cause I'm a rep for grenade but I bought this back in December so much energy,focus,pumps and strength during my workouts!

Great to hear we've got another Carb Killa fan! We are super proud of this bar! It's yet to hit all the shelves in the US but once it does and once people try it...
