JohnButz's Frequency Training With ProMera's Con-Cret
I recently received a full container of ProMera Sports Con-Cret (pineapple flavor.)
I have enjoyed this product in the past and look forward to injecting it into a program that I have experimented with for the last several weeks.
The program I mentioned is a sort of "hybrid" that includes 5 daily movements in some form with progression based upon how I instinctively feel that particular day----although I have to say after several weeks I am seeing some patterns develop.
I am excited to add this supplement especially now because I feel it can help aid me in establishing some new personal records.
I have to leave for work soon for today, but will update this evening.
Thanks for following!

This session is what I like to call a "refresher day."
I use a light-moderate load and perform 8-10 reps, just giving myself a somewhat easier day to hopefully keep progression moving on my 1 rep max.
I had a scoop of Con-Cret just after training and the pineapple flavor is just plain awesome.
I felt a bit of a slight pump in my muscles throughout the day.
Tomorrow I have a bit of a shorter work day, so I may do my training either before or after work.
If you would like to see my training leading up to this log check it out here:

A little background on the training I'm currently doing...
Recently I decided that I needed to increase my proficiency on a few key lifts for not only the strength benefits, but also for some hypertrophy goals I have in place.
My idea was to escalate the frequency in which I would perform a handful of productive exercises but firmly reduce the volume to create a “Milo Effect.”
The “Milo” idea was always intriguing to me—with the idea of focused and daily attention producing rapid results, so I decided to spend the rest of this year fixating on five exercises on a daily basis with load, progression, volume & intensity being dictated by the variables of the day.
I decided to start with sub-maximal loads on all exercises to get a sort of head start and hopefully surpass my past capabilities.
Linear progression is often recommended for novice trainees, but I think it can be equally effective for those of us with years of training experience under our belts—if implemented intelligently & correctly.
Next time I will update on my progress with this program and discuss some insights I have discovered.

No John you know the way I am, I reached out to all of them in the past and Recently as well they chose the negative and to blow me off instead of the positive becoming friends, they choose not to have my support and really in my view with my following on all social media sites just bad business in my opinion but I don't care, There loss not mine. I once had some of the best Product logging logs on BB.com before well we'll let all that stay in the past, I just will not log anymore for anyone.. In any case Supp company reps or sup company support has never been important to me and you know that Enjoy I'll stop in to support you but that's all. Keep checking the Journal I am killing it like I always do..

Indeed Moose, I am impressed with everything I have tried so far.
I like the approach of developing several base products and always having an eye for how to improve upon them. I have seen some companies always trying to come up with a new direction etc. --these products are very solid and produce results in exactly what they are marketed as.
The micro-dosed creatine is excellent and perfect for those that have had stomach issues with other creatine products. I'm excited to see what sort of results I can achieve with Con-Cret in so far as strength gains with this high-frequency approach.Workout Log:

My mom's birthday today. Another "refresher" day. Finally had the day off of work and finished up on some shopping. Tomorrow I have a double shift but will most likely get some good training in beforehand. I am very pleased with the results of this high frequency work so far.---I had a scoop of Con-Cret directly after my training and I am enjoying the product very much.
The single rep work I did yesterday felt very easy and I hope to keep pushing those numbers upward!Workout Log:
