Guess I'm getting old or lazy or, maybe both!

Going to hit up an upper body session in a little while. Surprisingly no soreness to speak of with yesterday's sprint session. I can't say I was pushing at 100%, but I still had a few moments of ambition.

I'm going to have my usual scoop of Con-Cret creatine before training. Hard to believe we are already a month into this year.

no problem bro, think I can get these snakes any bigger or veinier lol? Young boy at QT this morning while I was getting some Coffee and Hot Coco told his mom (and vary sexy hot mom I might add ) that it looked like I had snakes in my arms lol, I smiled then flexed for him and bought him his coco.. Left him and his mom with smiles
I thought it was a nice gesture

i'm having some apple slices with sunflower butter, ever tried this? its really good
