    bad joints

Ever since i got into powerlifting/strength training ive noticed my joints have been more achy and they make more noise. my shoulders feel strained, elbows and knees crack when doing exercises, lowerback has pain sometimes and my wrists and ankles. Im not pushing incredibly high weights and i have always been making sure my form is on point(to the extent of my knowledge). What else could be causing this pain? The most recent pains i have been having are in my ankles(when squatting) and sometimes my wrists when benching but mostly my shoulder(mostly the right one) I take multivitamins every day and i have tried taking animal pak but never really got into the habit of taking them every day. all advice appreciated

One thing i will hugely, hugely recommend is omega 3 supplements, preferably a trusted brand haha
Also make sure your form is correct, record yourself, get someone to watch you.
Make sure your sleeping and eating enough too
    Good luck!

As much as you think your form is perfect, it's most likely not. Try to vid yourself doing all the exercises and see if your form is actually on point. Lifting is suppose to strengthen your joints and connective tissue not the other way around.

However, there are some pains that come and go with lifting that happens, that could also be what you're experiencing.

Could be form, sleep, training, or a bunch of other things. Just have to find out what you're doing wrong, put a video of form on here, or what program you do
