I want to look like ZYZZZZ.
Hey guys,
I am just getting back into the gym, as in over the last two weeks. I graduated from school in May and got real lazy during my later years of UG due to difficult major (was always studying), but also I was just being a BISH. Anyways, joined up at Golds 2 weeks ago. I am currently 6' and weighing 195. Two weeks ago I was 200..thank god I have gotten it down 5 pounds so far. I am doing a mix of weights, cardio, and eating clean...been eating like a bag of dicks for past few years. I guess ideally want to get shredded for the spring but with a good amount of mass...dont want to just be skinny with cuts. Dont we all? Since were going into winter months here in northeast and I can hibernate and not show myself shirtless I am wondering what you bro's think the best method is for me to attack this goal. I.e. should I do a clean bulk and create a surplus than as spring approaches cut it down? Or should I cut down now, than bulk. Or just straight up cut now, and keep it lean but try to build muscle slowly? I estimate I am probably sitting at around 15% BF right now--maybe a bit less, will attach a pic. Tell me where you guys think I am at. I really only trust hydrostatics or DEXA for BF %--I love when a savage fat fuarkk tells me he is 12% BF according to his trainers skin calipers. Braaa GTFO with that ****...you 20% all day.
Went to gym two weeks ago with good friend , first time stepping in a gym in a year lol. Felt weird, but good. Friend tried to gas me by throwing 225 on bench--was pleasantly surpised to get 225 for 8 reps. Granted I realize this not **** for my bodyweight. In my prime freshman year of college I could get that 15-17 reps and max was 325. Max squat was 385 (soft I know) , and dead was 405. Just trying to give some stats..not a total noob. My weight then was 210 then but leaner than now. My deads and squats now are going to be **** I assume--need to build back up. DAT struggle bus. Another thing I am trying to work on is build on my arms. Threw a tape on them the other day and they were literally 15' exactly flexed. Da ****k?! I feel like a pussy with 15' arms at 195 bodyweight--granted I am 6' but still. If you guys have any advice on how to get them arm gains going I am all ears. Would give left nut for 17' arms. Not srs....ehh but kinda srs.
Okay no homo, but my ideal body in the long run is a Zyzz look alike. RIP mang. I would kill to have them aesthetics. I know he was 6'1 and fluctuated between 190-205 and lean as ****kk. I think 5-7% BF. I realize Zyzz had some Alpha genetics, but I feel like I have solid genetics--that pic is of me after not stepping foot in a gym for over a year and eating fast food and just dirty whenever the **** I want. Thanks mom and dad for dem decent genes! I feel like I have a chance to get to his look if I put in work. Afterall I deserve to be fat as **** for how I have just **** on my body dieting and no activity wise. I am hyped to be back at it though! If you guys have any advice on what I should be doing reps wise, and the fastest track I could get to that look I would appreciate it. Obviously it will take time. Maybe two years of dedicated lifting, diet on point, etc. I assume a year with gear maybe I could be close. Perhaps not. But what I am asking if you were me with my body and weight right now, what way would you attack to get to a Zyzz type body the fastest. Should I pack on mass and cut later, cut now than go up, or just try to stay where I am and burn fat and slowly add muscle? Sorry for the long ass first post guys. I really appreciate any advice and input!
edit: I posted this in fat loss but also on here cause it seems like that subforum gets no traffic. And this hardo is thirsty to get to them zyzz master race aesthetics.

A photo has been leaked of an upcoming scene featuring the character played by Sibel Kekilli who has appeared on Game of Thrones. She had a history of being a pornstar and appeared nude multiple times on GoT. The photo shows the actress kitted out in the only clothing she will be wearing for a considerable portion of an episode.
Paglia’s piece sends a clear message: sexist culture like this is just another ploy for men at the top of the entertainment industry to exploit women. Mainstream TV culture is selling out feminism. Diana and her message is phony, Paglia claims, pointing her rhetorical finger at money-hungry men for what she calls the show’s “Nazi Barbie” routine (harsh).
