My body has been through a whirlwind of changes through out the years, my heaviest pushing 275lbs and my smallest being 210lbs. Right now im sitting at 235lbs with my goal being below 200lbs. Hoping to loose a couple pounds a week eating a well balanced diet and just keeping the calorie intake at a defect to continue my weight loss.
Fitness goals: I lift atleast 5 days a week because I enjoy it, lifting is my get away from everyday life. I throw in cardo sporadically and just do it when i feel like. I have an interest in competitive bodybuilding and would really like to get my body on track to potentially start competing.
macro goals:
235g protein
~40g fat
~200g carbs
