So i got sub 6-8% for a competition that i ended up not doing so done it for the 'ibiza beach'
safe to say 6 months on it has messed me up, developed a binge eating disorder post diet that I'm slowly getting over with counselling and time.
However it has completely ruined my sleep as I habitual binge at night 3-6am when my inhibitions seem to fade and i don't care about anything.
Iv stopped the binge eating so far (6 days and counting)
But my sleep is so so so broken! waking up like every 2 hours throughout the whole night and sleeping on average 4-6 hours but all broken into hour blocks etc.
I can fall asleep fast, but then wake up often (likely anxiety based)
Is there anything that can help sleep supplement wise?
Thinking Phenibut? (got some in cupboard)
Ashwaganda (good for anxiety not sure on sleep?)
or maybe sleep blend sups? tried abyss unparralled before but didn't notice a great deal if I'm honest.
Thanks

Some that I have used is Rem 8.0 and sleep/gh. Both gave me a good night sleep, both helped me stay asleep. Both taste great. So a good way to go either way.

with having an Eating disorder, Anxiety, Depression - Cant sleep going on you need to see your doc, no OTC supplement is going to be able to help you and you should not be self treating.

Yeh agreed I'm seeing a counsellor for the ed and it's getting better (feel almost over it tbh) just the sleep is still ongoing issue and obviously not sleeping doesn't help the ed at night when can't sleep and stressed.
Doc doesn't say much bar counselling, I think he would offer me proper sleeping tabs but they have their own issues I feel. Also offered anti depressants but I wouldn't say I'm depressed now more anxious over the ed and not sleeping
