food with low fat and high sugar??

so i started cutting the last 2 days, and i already lost some weight but i'm diabetic and have some serious problem with my low sugar levels at night and the food i'm eating, i don't have the same amound of carbs or sugars anymore so i'm struggling to keep my sugar up with something with high sugar but this is also affecting my cutting diet

so i would like to know if anyone knows any food with low fat and high sugar/fructose or carbs

you should be able to buy fructose as a supplement in your local walgreens or longs drugs in its pure form

    Raisins! Oh God raisins!!

Raisins are very high in sugar (69g per 100g), and are really tasty. I get small handfulls of them throughout the day. Very satisfying, and also high in iron.
    Shut up and squat!!

Oh right, from what I understood you *wanted* foods high in sugar because you're a diabetic with low blood sugar levels...
