amazon does not have the lowest prices. but they do have the lowest prices with the most security. I always feel confident purchasing from amazon, as opposed to purchasing from some other website where im not sure they'll even give me a refund.

We are sooooo past the age of uncertanty in online shopping. If it says you can return it, you can. And actually most sites offer free returns and replacements.

Even if you did get jibbed, your credit card will ALWAYS take your side. Nothing to worry about.

Don´t know how it is in USA, but in Germany shipping over 30€ is free regardless of prime or not. With prime you get only express shipping.

Amazon is a decent company imo, expect from the bad payment of some employees - which is the same in normal stores.

I think if you´d send an E-Mail to them they may reopen your account. Sending too much stuff back may appear as "trolling" to them.

I just put a bunch of examples in my post of things which amazon lost the price war. all of which i didn't even nitpick, just looked around at what i had and compared.

Amazon not only loses the price war, but requires you pay them 100 bucks for the free shipping while others have it already built-in.

I wont shop on ebay because they sided with a buy who lied, then sent him a wrong shipping address to send the laptop back and it was subsequently stolen, they then tried to charge me 350 bucks for the laptop despite their own policy stating i am not responsible for it until i receive it.
