Is it impossible for them not to have a phenomenal chest
Regardless of whether they got there after 6-7 years of high volume training, or 2-3 years of strength training
Does meeting certain strength benchmarks guarantee a great physique?

I'm 6'5...? (no e-stat and close to 6'6) so hate to make excuses but at least factor that in.
Not to mentioned I started as a legit skeleton from the night before X-MAS so have only been my current BW for around a year now.
Strengths been great on squats and deadlifts and is still increasing but bench just phucking sucks da cornholes.
I do a lot of volume after I focus on my benching too and I have a pretty intense shoulder day so not sure when I've benched when 100% healthy and rested but there ya go.
Spoiler!Bench 315x1 - Squat 415x1 - Deadlift 515x1 Total = 1,245

Both really. Strength and muscle size do not always go hand in hand. For example it's incredibly rare for me to meet a guy with a bigger chest than me (it's by far my best bodypart) but you could probably take any random guy off the street and there's a high chance he'd out bench me.

No hate bro, was just wondering because it seems like a low BW ratio compared to your squat which can be equally affected by height.
If you're doing shoulders with chest you obviously won't be as stong.
Was just suggesting that you could be do something slightly off with your form based off your other numbers/weight. I know I am still learning every time I lift.
My BW to Bench ratio is 1.41 right now, just did 255 last night at 180. Could have maybe got a few more pounds, not sure. However, I was able to do this easier because I finally got my inner tricep to really fire and stabilize, and it was the first time I felt that ever. So yeah always learning. And again you bench more than me, I've never put up 300, just seemed at a tad low at 246.KING BRADY crew - Founder/CEO

You can't have a sick looking chest without a lot of upper chest work or great genetics
Incline dB presses and flyes, incline cable flies, incline bench, will all give serious chest size when used together because most popular chest movements only really target lower chest*2 poor 2 b a fake natty crew*

Best way I have found to target upper chest is Atrainer flies but standing, not on a bench like he originally suggested.
Basically the cable are setup slightly below shoulder level. No attachments on cables. Palms face up, try and have your elbows touch in the middle. No more than 10 LBS on each side needed. Slow and controlled with a big squeeze.KING BRADY crew - Founder/CEO

Dunno what I bench in lbs like 350 or something, got a great chest but primarily through chest insertion.
My chest was good when I started out to be fair, I've seen a lot of people arm/shoulder dominant with pressing at 315 and not have a great chest.20 is just a number. I'm still moving your threads to tmisc....signed, your favorite mod

Is it safe to say that most people that can bench 315 aren't natty?
