So, One of the other places I regularly read up on things is T-Nation, and they recently posted an article on the dangers of soy protein, which I did know about from my own research. But here's the thing: Proteing such as BPI Best Proteing, Optimum Whey Gold Standard and Muscletech Platinum Whey, all say "contains milk and soy." So does this mean that there's enough soy in there to cause issues over the long term (such as Gynecomastia)?. Curious so here's the article: https://www.t-nation.com/diet-fat-lo...gn=article4168

Soy isn't necessarily bad, hell has some good stuff in it. Lord knows I love me some Garlic Soy Edamame. As to the anti nutrient and pregesterones and such, practice moderation but I wouldn't imagine you're consuming a couple kilos of tofu a day.
