I've had some pretty scary dreams in the past haha what are they like? Violent? Depressing?

just lucid. vivid lucid dreams. nothing nightmarish or suicidal like chantix

Zma does a little for me but not as much as other things. Personally melatonin is my go to.

If you do decide to try zma Primaforce zma gives you a two month supply for 20 dollars. Pretty affordable and does seem to help a lot of people.

I like it as it helps me stay asleep as I often wake up around 4am and can't fall back. I can sleep a good 8 hours straight with it.

No real "test boosting" notices other than some increase in libido. I do find some slight increase in recovery though.
