    ZMAs

Do they work and have you ever had any side effects from them? Debating whether or not to try them out (got a free month sample from my gym). Searched side effects and benefits but that's not the same as asking those who have actually used them. Cheers.

Zma does a little for me but not as much as other things. Personally melatonin is my go to.

If you do decide to try zma Primaforce zma gives you a two month supply for 20 dollars. Pretty affordable and does seem to help a lot of people.

    Edit

Just saw you said you had a free sample already, will change my pitch up there to of it works for you then check out Primaforce zma

I like it as it helps me stay asleep as I often wake up around 4am and can't fall back. I can sleep a good 8 hours straight with it.

No real "test boosting" notices other than some increase in libido. I do find some slight increase in recovery though.
