Since gonna give it a try and attempt myself with Keto, thought this information and preference opinion of you people, would be quite useful to keep in mind just as a vague reference while planning out my actual keto menu..
Just to roll teh dice, I vote Chicken breast/Olive oil..

Sorry, the post I actually replied to seems to have disappeared. I was not not speaking to your use of olive oil but to a statement that the protein to fat ratio in a steak and eggs diet is too high.
