    Sample Meal Plan 2.8 k calorie bulk.

    !6 y/o bulking at 2.8k calories a day, 50c/30f/20p macro ratios. Doing IIFYM but trying to keep it as clean as possible for a clean bulk. Should I keep most of my meals/foods clean/unprocessed or does it not matter, and does any one have any sample meal plans for 2.8k calories within 3 meals? Thanks in advance.

    It doesn't matter, but your diet of course needs whole foods for fiber and micronutrients and overall wellbeing. You don't need a meal plan and you don't need 3 meals per day.

    Stop using macro ratios.

    What are your actual macros?

    Don't use macro ratios. I'd suggest 1 gram of protein per pound of body mass, .4 grams of fat per pound of body mass, and the rest from carbs.
    Protein is 4 calories per gram, fat is 9 calories per gram, and carbs are 4 calories per gram.
    It doesn't really matter if you eat "clean" or "unclean" or processed or whatever. Most of your food, even the food you think is clean, isn't actually clean or unprocessed anyways.
    To make sure you don't get any mineral or vitamin deficiencies, try to get at least 70% of your food from good quality foods. Like DGMan99 said, you don't need a meal plan nor 3 meals. Do whatever is most convenient for you. Meal plans suck.
