Is there any creatine that is less harsh on the bladder? Tried ON Creatine Mono (3g a day, no loading). It seemed to aggravate my bladder and gave me UI problem. Is this a typical side with any creatine or just mono?

Can I ask why NeuroCore Super Concentrated Pre-Workout is no longer being offered by BB.com???? Does it have to do with the new formula's aggressive, dirty Yohimbe bark extract inclusion @ 3 scoops?? Man....I still have some of this stuff and at 3 scoops it is NOT pleasant. SOLELY due to the Yohimbe inclusion. And this coming from a dude who has literally taken almost all pre-workouts religiously over the past 2 years....as well as all forms and doses of Yohimbe (extract bark - junk) and Yohimbe HCL. I am honestly curious. Thanks.

Lol not its not.
Alpha Y is much more pricey and people notice almost nil in regards to reactions compared to Y-HCL
The fact you lump in the same shows you really have no idea what your talking about.
And MT discontinued a bunch of products, maybe it got the chop too. Or its out of stock, bb.com puts it under d/c if out of stockKrispy Kreme Krew Forever.

This sounds like a classic case of you need to drink some water. Like, a lot.
People never seem to get as much as they think they are.
I doubt switching creatine brands or moving to something aside from mono is going to resolve your issues, but it also won't really hurt.
Alternatively, you can just take a preworkout with creatine already in it. I haven't purchased a separate creatine product in yearsself-proclaimed huguenot

I highly doubt the creatine use caused an UTI. Too many other things could have caused it. I don't believe I've ever heard any study or other mention of creatine mono causing this issue.
You may want to see if there were any other factors at play during that time that could have caused an UTI.Six Star Pro Nutrition Lead Rep
