    Help with nutrition!

    I am currently getting into eating better foods etc but my problem is I have massive appetite. The usual rice and chicken is seriously boring me but can eat it still.

    Need some cheap and easy snacks for during the day and also tips on increasing my protein.

    I have never been a fan of milk shakes so when it comes to protein powders it makes me physically vomit, so was wondering if there's proteins out there that are more like juice instead of milk shakes!

    Ever try Salmon Jerky? Stuff is insanely good but expensive as hell; do like all forms of jerky though, beef, turkey, kangaroo (may be one of my favorite but also expensive), venison... it's all good!

    Yeah, jerky is a good one. Although I would recommend finding a no nitrate brand (or even better - making it yourself).

    I like to toast chick peas until they dry out and eat a handful for a snack. You can flavor them all different ways, too. On that note, add beans in to that rice and chicken (or whatever else you go with).

    I don't know of a protein supplement that is more like a juice, but you could get an unflavored powder and add that to any juice you make. Not sure how good it would be, but you could try it.

    Try granola bars, overnight or cooked oatmeals they can help you mix things a little bit if you can find rice and chicken breasts boring
