    Angry Desperate need for help

    Hey guys im 17 5'5 148 lb. I have a really really bad problem with cutting. I can not lose body fat if my life depended on it. Right now i am at 18 percent body fat and i have tried everyyyything. Im really getting discouraged. Ive tried low calorie, low carb low sugar. What ever u can think of ive tried it. This is really annoying but most importantly discouraging me. I really need some help with this guys or else im gonna lose my mind. Any help is appreciated thank you

    You shouldn't skimp out on carbs just because you are cutting.
    Check out the nutrition section for lots of healthy alternatives.
    What is your training like? How often?
    Are you incorporating high intensity cardio sessions? How often?

    Well when i train i allways feel sore the next day so i always want to get very sore. As for the cardio, i dont usually do cardio but when i do i fo hiit. Burning up to 500 call per session and i train every day except for fridays
