New to website - New to working out - New to dieting

Hello everyone. I don't really know how to start this thread or what kind of community this is haha but I'll tell you a little bit about myself and what I'm looking for.

My name is Blake. I'm 20 years old and I'm working full time and doing part time college online. I weigh 140 LBs and stand at exactly 6' tall. I've always been really skinny my whole life and I'd like to change that. I've worked out in the past but made it about two weeks and stopped. I enjoyed it but just got out of the routine too fast and burned out.

Now, almost a year later I'm back at it and about to start three weeks of going. I was set up with a full body workout at my local gym and I'm not too much of a fan of it. This third week I was going to start split workouts so when I go tonight I'll have them set up a couple workouts for me using their S.L.E.D program.

So, as of right now my only problem that I'm having is my diet. I'm very new to all of this so I don't really know whats best for me. I want to eventually get up to 4,000 calories a day. I was doing kinda good with chicken and rice but I just don't think I'm to the point in working out that I should be trying to eat so clean and only that.

So, my request is if someone could make me a diet plan? I've got all the money in the world to buy the food just I don't know what to buy or cook. This may be asking alot but I feel as though this is one thing that would help right now.

This thread is all over the place and I have alot more to talk about if this thread even gets any attention. I'm just seeking help. I can explain what I like and don't like if someone is willing to help out. My goal is to gain mass and a bit of it. Like be 180 lbs in the next few years.

    Thanks.

Just select the foods you enjoy and make sure you get at least ~120 gram protein and ~60 gram fat per day. The rest is up to you.

If you use the app Myfitnesspal on your phone it will make it very easy to track your intake.

As a beginner you'll make faster progress on a well balanced full body workout. Fierce 5 Novice routine is a good example.

Alright sounds good. Should I care about sodium or sugar right now?

Unless you're living on pizzas and poptarts you won't have to.

Try to keep added sugars below ~10% of total calories.

Make sure to eat your veggies and fruit. Try to get at least ~30 gram fiber per day.

Alright. That's practically what I was living on about 4 weeks ago it's slowly starting to change. I have a huge problem with eating. When I lived with my parents I'd be racing for seconds and now about three years later I've lost about 15lbs and I can barely eat 2 cheeseburgers without thinking imma get sick. I don't know why it happens and I'm still trying to fix it but I think it's getting better.
