Was going to ask what the bike was too and make sure it was the back brake dragging and not some sort of possible limp mode but I really doubt a 300 would have that. I believe on some abs bikes you can mess up the sensor if you are not careful of the wiring when messing with the calipers/brackets where they usually attach to. Hopefully they get it taken care of without any excuses. Sounds like a completely butchered attempt at putting a wheel back on somehow.

they said the star ring part is damaged and they ordered another one to install free of charge..

the part where there are slots. he was pointing at that but for the rear one. its just a circle with slots. he said that he reopened the brake pistons and cleaned them out. he said everything is fine since he just rides around the block. he doesnt speed on it and wouldnt have found that out since its not his bike. my top speed tested was around 90 mph. better than 65 mph but still didnt reach previous normals. maybe it was the wrong day to test? windy?

its a ring that is in the middle of the rotor. the abs sensor needs to sense its info from this slotted ring. i had a pic in the post but bb.com is slacking nowadays. almost back to normal speed. within 5 mph from previous known high.

also, since no one answered my camera question. i ended up buying something but cancelled since my bro had a camera he wasnt using. saves me a few bucks.

Personally I hate forward controls (that feel of an ob/gyn exam). I really like some of the Triumph cruisers/power cruisers like the Thunderbird or the Rocket III.
The V-Rod is one I would own if I wanted a Harley along with the Low Rider S.

Weather sucks for the most part. It's either Extremely hot or cold. Humid AF! Good jobs aren't that easy to come by. Unless you live near a Birmingham or Huntsville your out of the loop. BRB having to drive 45 minutes one way to a movie theater.

drz400sm supermoto but if you are stuck on wanting something purely street/sport-bike related there are quite a few options. Something you can keep for a while if you don't want to go the ninja 250/300 route would be something like the Suzuki sv650.

Had to go out of state to my girlfriend's (bf's) family reunion for the weekend. Ended up ditching out on Saturday nights activities and drove another 1.5 hours north to pick up another ducati 848. Was pretty gross when I went to view it but seems to of cleaned up pretty nice.

Yeah that last one was pretty bad. Figured I got a well enough deal on this one I might just let it go for the first real offer I get. I had it listed for less than 5 minutes and had someone asking if I would trade it for tree service. Pretty ridiculous.

4 days after I bought my Supersport harley announced they were going to bid on Ducati...I don't like it one bit. I love my new Duc though..I wanted to get back into more of a sport/tour bike and the Supersport is perfect.

I also broke out the raider for the first time in a month today. Felt weird af going from the duc posture back to the raider which is lowered 2" and I have 3" forward controls. Not really fun going back to a cruiser now :/ Got me thinking I may sell it and get another toy.
