Not sure what the Muscletech trilogy stack is but I would add Clear muscle if its not included great for recovery.Fit Crunch Bars, BB Scream, CL White Rapids both great pre's

I just started lifting a few months ago, the only places I have near me is the vitamin shoppe and gnc... I liked gnc but they seemed over priced and the employees kinda just pushed you to buy their stuff.

You can find much better prices from this site versus those two stores, especially GNC.

Alpha pro nutrition has some awesome stuff. I've been taking alpha cuts, upload, and intra load daily. I love the feeling I get from alpha cuts in the morning before cardio. Definitely worth checking out.

I look at the site and see lots of good stuff, but there are so many products its hard to pick one.. I do get good deals at the vitamin shoppe, they have buy one get one half off on their brands so I get 10 pounds of protein powder for $75 and the profile looked good ON makes their powder I guess. But I will keep looking here and see what I find that I want to try out.. With so much stuff its hard to research all of them lol. I will keep looking at the site

A vast majority have absolutely loved it. Mag within a couple days got my appetite firing on all cylinders and the gainz/strength follow. An Epicatechin product is always worth a shot if you haven't used it before. Stack it with our new GDA Transport and you're on the way to gainz city.

I gotta go ahead and say the performix lineup! Especially Ion, it's become my favorite pre workout very quickly. It is extremely balanced and hits hard with the focus and energy.

I'd give IForce's MaxOut a go for preworkout..Formutech's Endurance for BCAA's..Flexible for the joints..Fat burner..Dexaprine from IForce..but only start out with 1/2 a pill..stuff is potent
