Anyone who watched the video knew Trump wasn't mocking the guy's disability. It was clear he was mocking the reporter for being flustered - the "What's going on!?" type mocking. Kind of like when someone waves their hands near their head.
This is why Trump is winning - because they are clearly so biased against him. I hope Trump sues the hell out of the NY Times. I can't wait!

This is not the first time Trump has been panned for apparently mocking a person’s physical disability. In a July interview with NBC news, Trump lashed out at columnists Jonah Goldberg and Charles Krauthammer. Krauthammer had called the candidate a "rodeo clown."

You could make an argument either way. To me it seems more like he ISN'T mocking the guy for being disabled.
The greater concern is the media's ability and outright enthusiasm for brainwashing the public. They can prop up and destroy candidates, and it's only Trump's popularity/fame and courage that has allowed him to fight the constant mud slinging.
The media's dirty tactics are far worse than anything Trump has EVER done.
