    Easy protein sources

I'm out of protein powder, I haven't got my first paycheck yet from my job and my dad says we can't afford it right now so what can I eat to still get enough protein each day?

Literally any food with protein in it; also at your stats 135g of protein a day would be well more than enough and hitting that with food should be no problem, you likely are just wasting money on supplements.

Chicken and eggs. They work out to be cheaper than whey protein. Buy in bulk if you can.

Chicken, eggs, greek yogurt, skim milk, peanut butter, nuts. Getting 135g of protein shouldn't be too difficult.

On top of what's been recommended in this thread, eat beans. Beans, at my local grocery store, are insanely cheap (72 cents for a 3.5 serving can and even cheaper for dry beans). Each can has 21-25g of protein.
