Theacrine does work nicely

I've compared it to other pres without it and caffeine pills and certainly Theacrine makes the energy last longer.. 12+hrs for me with 2 scoops C4, while caffeine alone lasts about 8hrs at best. I take it at 5AM so It's nice to have energy all day. Anyone else notice it?

It's dopamergenic so it does have a "feel good" feeling to it. When we were testing the new Nitramine, that was the firs thing we all noticed. We were much more happy & feel good, and then mixed with the caffeine and other nootropics it was the bees knees. Theacrine definitely enhanced it all

i saw people on AM saying it's a 2 scooper... 350mg of caffeine, 200mg of Theacrine and 1.5g of NALT? no shot lol

I forgot C4 also has L dopa which definitely contributes to mood and works good with theacrine.

My only experience with theacrine was replacing my usual 200mg caffeine with 200mg theacrine in my energy/cognitive stack, and I'd say 200mg caffeine > 200mg theacrine. With that said, I'm still interested in taking it with caffeine, as that seems to be where people enjoy it.

If you got that many hours of energy from C4 alone, then C4 Neuro will even make it a longer lasting energy release. May be something to look into!

In my opinion it shines with caffeine and other nootropics. But you don't need a crap load of caffeine.

We found that 150-175mg of caffeine + 100mg of Theacrine was avoid spot. Toss in 1g ALCAR, Cognizin, and Huperzine and everything is just amplified.

So out of your options I'd try 150-200mg caffeine, 100mf Theacrine, 1g ALCAR and 100-200mg Theanine for the anxiolytic effects. Add in Tyrosine and sounds like the new Nitramine lol

I like it personally in a almost 2:1 ratio for caffeine to Theacrine in my experiences. Makes you need less to get more if that makes sense
