I think once Sergio fine-tunes his posing he will be a very good pro, Griffin looks Great, and that Monster down below will go on to win pro shows. I think Jon irizzary in the supers will have a good pro career as well. Overall pretty good nationals from years past
Trying to improve day in and day out.

I was there in person
By Today's Guidelines and judging He deserves to win....Was definitely best conditioning in class but Jon Irizarry KILLS him in structure and basically EVERY pose.
He is going to need some huge improvements to do anything at the next level
Also his Routine is Terrible in my opinion...If you are going to try and hit classic poses....Learn the Pose!!! and also the art of classic posing are the transitions and his are almost Laughable...Looked Like Paul Dillet trying to do classic poses......Congrats on the win but I dont see him doing much of anything at the next level....UNLESS he continues to grow and I mean put on some HUGE size I cant see him doing anything with that frameTop Secret Nutrition

Sergio Jr lines are amazing. Once he really dials in the conditioning he can be a threat in the pros.

First of all....Charles Griffen has a SICK BACK. That is a crazy amount of development and detail in a back of someone who is just turning pro. His legs need to come up a bit and he has that "black calves" issue, but that back is INSANE. I look forward to seeing more from this guy.
Oliva Jr. has some great lines and a good frame. He definitely needs size, but that is to be expected. It will be interesting to see how his body will look with added size.
And I thought you guys were being tough on him on the posing. And then I saw the routine. That was cringe-worthy. How could he step on stage with something like that. Great physique, but posing needs A LOT of work.
Oldacre is a freaking monster. Not conditioned enough there, but crazy size. He didn't get a pro card then did he?

Liking Sergio Jnr's most muscular.
''There’s this battle over waterboarding at places like Guantanamo Bay. I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

Sergio Jr looks awesome aside from his back, in the picture where he is cupping his hams, you can see the part of his lats that attach at the hip are actually pretty low, if he can build that up he has all the makings to have a great physique like his Dad

Good for him! Can't wait to see him compete in the pro ranks!
Maybe it's just my speakers or something, but the vid of his routine didn't have audio. Hard to say if his transitions between poses were good or not without hearing the music that he choreographed his routine to. Could use some work on some of the actual poses, but for the most part they were good once the poses were hit. Could definitely work on making smooth transitions from one pose to the next though.
Not sure why people keep whining about his midsection. It's pretty good if you ask me.

I think Rasheed Oldacre has the most pro potential of all the upcoming amatuers. Its crazy how this guy has not won his pro card. Sergio looked amazing but still needs size before he can hit a pro stage but Rasheed is ready right now for a pro stage. Plus he weighed in at a freaky 274!
