Hello All,
I'm heavily disproportionate in all muscle groups, not sure if this is an internal injury I have which is causing this(as I xp pain in left side most times) or just I'm right handed so my left side is struggling this much.
Each day when I do exercise, I feel more pump, also a bit pain in my entire left side(hands, shoulders, lats, chest, biceps..).
Also, I feel that I have more fat in my left side as well, not sure if it is FAT or MUSCLES.
Also, missed on saying this, there is click sound always coming from the LEFT lat and RIGHT shoulder
RIGHT traps muscles are Missing--LEFT traps are clearly visible
RIGHT Shoulder thin with less muscles--LEFT is thicker
RIGHT biceps are with better peak--LEFT biceps are thicker with less peak size
RIGHT chest/pec is smaller without proper cut in lower chest--LEFT pec is thick and in better shape
RIGHT lat more V in shape--LEFT lat is more thick and less V
Should I see a PT?
Please suggest.

notice the RIGHT side is wider than LEFT, the difference in chest can also been seen, LEFT is much thicker.
Doing more of dumbels these days on each muscle and reduced barbel usage completely.
And when I just stand in a relaxed position, I see that my left hand is a bit twisted like pronated(towards body).
Also, missed on saying this, there is click sound always coming from the LEFT lat and RIGHT shoulder.
