I'm lost on what to do and not sure which would be best for my body. I would like to ask what others would do in my situation, or what others think is best.
As of right now I am 147 pounds and am 5'7, most of the fat that I'm carrying is on or around my belly and my love handles, I run a mile every other day and lift an 80 pound barbell each day(it's the only weight I have access to) I do 200 curls, 70 hang cleans, and 50 dead lifts. I also do 10 minutes of ab exercises and 10 minutes on the jump rope.
I've been exercising and dieting for 2 months and am down from 167, I need help please.
Thank you to anyone with any amount of input!

I would start by eating at maintenance. Since you're fairly new to lifting, you can make mass gains without adding weight.
Once the gains start to slow, then bulk.
Look up Cosgrove's Evil Eight complex. I would also try to add in pullups and dips. If you can't get a pullup bar, maybe you could do them at a nearby park. You can't help the hopeless.

Obviously a gym is ideal, but not 100% necessary. I've always worked out at home because its easier to stay consistent.
However just a single fixed barbell isnt the best equipment, I'd strongly suggest at least getting some adjustable DBs and a doorway pull up bar to go with it. Make sure you are at least doing these movements: pull up, row, floor press, shoulder press, bicep curl, tricep extension, squat, deadlift. Doing everything everyday isnt ideal, I'd at least do pulls one day and and push the next. Still a proper program would be better.
EDIT: Sorry didnt see your age. I wouldnt cut much more at 17 because you dont want to stop further height growth. Therefore I'd maintain, your age and newbie status combined should allow you to lose some fat and gain muscle at the same time.Last edited by APwn; 11-21-2015 at 07:06 AM.
