You've done a great job of adding size ... hard to tell too much from those photos but quads look great and it looks like you've got good mass across your chest, shoulders and arms as well. What was your height and weight in the two pics and what are your lifts like now? I'd say you're at 17-18%. You could cut but if you're still making good strength and size gains then maybe I'd keep up with the bulk for a bit longer"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Thanks bro, I'm 5'10" in both pictures and 118lbs On the left and 178lbs on the right. My lifts arent great tbh - squat is 295, deadlift is 315 and bench 205
Recently jumped on wendler 5/3/1 full body template and my lifts have sky rocketed in the past 2 months, as well as me finally starting to track macros

60lbs of gains is an awesome first year! Nothing wrong with a 295 squat and 315 dead. Since you've just started 5/3/1 and just started tracking macros, I'd say don't cut .... you'll hit your gains on the head. If you keep your protein and fat intake up and aim for a small surplus on cals you should continue to make good strength and mass gains for a while yet

To be honest, I would recommend you to bulk for 4-5 more months, it's not gonna be summer for a while to keep bulking.
