I haven't had a goodnight sleep in a while. And now I start to think that i might be protenipowder and creatine, that makes me pee all the time, even 2 times a night? Can it be possible?
I switched to a brand called myprotein, it made me pee alooot!!
PLS help, is it true?

This happens to me as well. If i drink a bottle of water I literally pee every 5-10 minutes. I wake up 2-3 times a night to pee as well. Might be time to see a dr huh ?

Actually, in all srs OP, just went through the same thing. You may have a UTI. Drink lots of 100% pure cranberry juice. Try some UTI meds. If it doesn't clear up, see a doc. With this kind of problem, the problem itself is usually frequent urination (as opposed to the symptom).
But if it is only 2x night...that is nothing. I was going about 5x a night there for a day or two. Of course not drinking anything before bed is a given...
