Breh once I hit 30 I still didn't have hardly any possessions. House damn near under water. Fukked all the sloots I could, had multiple threesomes. Honestly got married so I could have a family. My parents still together and I never once saw them argue (srs). Wifed a college athlete and now I got a 2 year old who can dribble a soccer ball and son #2 in the oven. If my wife flips on me, it's still a gamble I was willing to make. Aint even mad.

Marriage doesn't seem so bad. Just fuk up your life beyond repair before you go through with it so she'll have nothing to take when she inevitably leaves you.

This means nothing. Everyone that gets married (and then divorced) thinks they've made the right choice......otherwise they wouldn't have gotten married.

The reason I say this is because i've been the best man at two weddings and attended 3.

Three of them are already divorced, and as for the remaining two; One is on the rocks and the other is a stepping stool. He's the guy at work that will joke about sleeping in the dog house after an argument, but deep down I know he's got a bed and blankets in Fido's house.

and these were cute couples (no homo) that did everything together and they finished each others sentences got parental blessings to get married, spent a full year together. Hell the first couple to get divorced actually graduated College together. You know, basically all that lovey dovey bullchit that would lead someone to suggest that they'd all "live happily ever after"

one got divorced due to infidelity, another popped out a Downs Syndrome kid and their marriage spirals to a divorce and I don't remember the 3rd, but they're not together either.

Its kinda hard to want to get married when pretty much everyone in your family/social circle that has gotten married has ended it in misery and heartbreak, and these are guys that were doing perfectly fine before getting married, so it basically ruined their lives.

I'm willing to bet a large majority of marriages are done at a courthouse without the excess expense.

No, he risk exactly 50% of assets gained while married (Up to a certain length together that varies from state to state). Also let's say that's your entire argument, is the betting half your assets.

Sign a prenup, problem solved. So now what's wrong with it?

(Also this isn't a formal debate and this conversation doesn't deserve the ground rules of a debate, this always boils down to some FA angsty all women are evil argument, if you dont want to risk your assets sign a prenup, if you don't want to be monogamous either get into an open relationship or don't get married) or...if you don't want to get married don't fukin get married?

All these things have incredibly simple resolutions. I own a business, I've dated the same girl for going on 3 years, we have already discussed it and a prenup will be signed. I walk in on her getting railed out by juan and the boys then I say thanks for the good years, now gtfo my house, and go on living.

You're either intentionally being dense or intentionally misrepresenting what he is saying.

If you spend 3k-5k on a ring, then $10-30k on a wedding, to marry a girl who you were banging while you had another gf, that is a bad choice.

I can definitely understand that. And some dudes are always gf'ing chicks. Serial monogam-ers. IMO you know the risks going in to it. My little brother is 1-187 in 101st, he swears he's never getting married even though we grew up in the same house with loving parents. Each his own.

Prenumps are iron clad. I will always defend this. Chris Rock included a sunset clause into his. He didn't have to include that, but he did. The prenup is being carried out exactly how he and her both agreed on. You will have to pay a portion and all kinds of things go into play when deciding how much the kids need, but the wifes needs are left out. So yes if you get divorced the courts will still force you to pay and take care of the kids.

Largely would mean >51% and thats jaded kunt bullchit. They are legally binding contracts. In some states you might still be stuck with alimony, and in all states you still have to cut the kids a check, but your fortune is left intact.

Start citing off list of men whose prenup was through out and I'll rebuttal with why. Almost always the man violated the terms of his own prenup he agreed to.

That is seriously true. The thing about people on this forum is that the majority of these ***gots chase after whores on Tinder or Gold digging whores at clubs. Then when one of these dumb whores gives these weak men a chance they wonder why they get cheated on. Also these beta ***s will let their tinder sloot gf hang out will all the male friends in the world, let her post constant photos on social media that she is using to seek attention, and they wont put there foot down because they are so worried that they might get labeled as "insecure"..... Most of you guys cant put a girl in her place, even if you found the right one. A lot of you really need to leave this forum because your brain is so screwed up from reading all the bull**** you see on here posted by weak males.

Yeah, I do too to a large extent but...there are also a lot of sacrifices (and risks) that come with so...is it worth it?

Even with good quality women the idea starts to scare the phuck out of me (Im kind of dealing with this shyt with one right now with a woman in my life), because how much more complication will be added to your life. Im a man of simplicity and minimalism, I mean shyt...Im sharing a house for 4 other guys right now and my rent is only $475 in San Diego. Im perfectly content with the living arrangement, for example.

Forget about having the option to do shyt like that if you marry/start living with a woman and...have kids. Suddenly a whole shyt ton of new headaches/things to worry about/hassles/etc. etc.
