I hate to sound like a parrot, but I'm a Vanilla man too. More versatile for mixing and baking. Plus I've found that it's a better barometer of a company's flavorings. Seems like vanilla is easier to mess up than chocolate.

I have to agree. Vanilla is the most versatile of flavors for both hot and cold recipes.
