Not sure. Pants on and the angle make it hard to notice. My right is usually an issue because of past "injuries". I have hardware in my leg and multiple knee surgery which make that side less flexible, especially in the ankle area.
I also track in coming back up by design. Only for a split second.☻/

WOW....high rep squats are a killer. Nice set. I have been lazy and avoiding squats lately. Went in the gym last week and was forced to do them as all my other stuff was tied up. Realized why I like them so much the next day
I have been playing with similar ideas. (things to do that are not as "heavy" but give me good stimulation. One think I like are box squats with a full deload at the bottom. The tightening and engagement required to get up off the bottom really amplifies the movement. It feels at least 100lbs heavier.
I think I would die if I tried that high rep stuff.....but I am happy to watch you do it! I cant count past 7-8 anyway Nice work!!RAW lifts

Haha...awesome JT simply awesome! Would be interesting to see what your heart rate is after that. A 20 rep squat does not scare me...20 reps at 315 is beyond scaring me! So I have a bum knee right now getting an mri tomorrow so am limited on much leg stuff. No heavy squats (even my light heavy weight squats), no heavy deadlifts, and not able to do any serious cardio for some time. Results...weight has gone up and strength has gone down. So with this thread in mind I decided to try something...something very stupid. I rotated 10 rep squats and 10 rep deads back and forth for 10 sets of each at 135 just to see what I had in me...mainly from a cardio endurance perspective. I gave myself an hour to do it. Actually went well, got it done in 45 minutes. Was breathing and sweating like I used to when north of 300 on the scale. The DOMS though this morning...ufta! I don't know if that is considered German volume training but I'm mostly German and that was some volume...

Good on you for finding something you could do. I hope it's nothing too serious and you can get back to your normal routine. That's a hell of a lot of work put in too. I bet you felt that for a couple days
Heart rate was back to normal fast but it's kinda like doing HIIT stuff. Good thing too, I had 5 more sets with heavier weight to do after☻/

Haha...yea you could say I had a "little" muscle soreness after that. 72 hours of pure hell to be exact...but in a good way...the good pain ya know. Can't remember ever having muscle soreness for 3 full days like that even when I was not eating enough protein. I'm no stranger to volume but that routine was a real shock to the system apparently. 135 lbs doesn't sound like much weight but lifting it 200 times (27,000 lbs total) in 45 minutes was all I cared for. The first 5 sets I was doubting whether I chose a high enough weight but that soon caught up with me in the remaining sets. You are right, it is like doing HIIT. The nice thing in all this is because of the lower weight it really didn't bother my knee at all so I may try to do this once e week for a while to get my cardio, squats, and deads in. MRI was on Monday so waiting to get results...

More stupid squat tricks this week. So following last weeks 315x20 I wanted to give JBizzles 100 rep squat challenge a try. He did 225 for 100 reps in under 30 min but first I needed to do a little work
Vid is only 300x15, 335x5, 385x3, and 410x1. First time ive touched over 400 since my meet in August so getting back into some heavier stuff.
Vid of whole session

So the Jbizzle challenge was after this. Managed to hit 245x100 reps ( 5 sets of 12 and 4 sets of 10) in just under 23 minutes. Legs were pretty trashed after that but did manage to squat again Wednesday
Anyone else hit any interesting squat stuff this week?☻/

Just keep putting that bar on your back and working at it. Not every rep is going to be perfect. I spent way too long obsessing about that and depth. I'm a ways into this journey now and still haven't figured out squats. Some days I'll get some good reps and some so so reps. It's all part of the process. Most important thing I've learned is to stop worrying about the weight on the bar and let that build up over time.
All right JT here's my last set today. 185x21
