Hey,
So i have been bulking for about 16 weeks now, i went from about 150lbs to 165 lbs(current weight).However i'm getting mixed feelings, when i'm at home i feel kinda fat and when i'm at the gym, i just feel really small lol, even with the pump going on...I feel like i still don't have enough muscle mass to cut but this fat is starting to affect my state of mind..
I'm 5'8,165lbs and 20 years old.I have no idea about my body fat xd
Current lifts(approximated), trying to bring them up.... :/
Deadift: 260lbs x 3 reps
Squat: 200 lbs x 5 reps
Bench press: 170lbs x 8 reps
Biceps are 15 inches, flexed
What you think i should do atm....Any help is sincerely appreciated.
