I found it hard to feel whether my back angle was okay. It seemed to be on deficits, but I found it hard to maintain form on paused deadlifts. Trapbar 227 was just not budging again.

Deadlift – 16.03.20
So, really disappointed that our holiday to New York isn't happening now. I know it was totally the most appropriate thing to happen, but doesn't stop me feeling bummed out. Alan is losing his job at the end of March so it wasn't just for my 40th birthday it was a final 'big' holiday before the uncertainty of him not having a job.
New York will still be there though, so we'll make it good when we're able to go. We're just going to have to figure out what we're going to do with our week off. Not sure of the options now if bars/restaurants are going to be closing. Weird times.

Sorry about your trip. Things are super crazy over in the US. I don't know about NY but LA has been nuts. And yeah, NYC is always there. I went back when I was like 16 for a concert choir. Even got to see a musical, which was amazing since I was from a small town in wyoming.

That's a good idea. We went to the beach over a week ago and it was nice, though our weather is a little nicer in SoCal so no wrapping up. The dog loved getting to walk along the beach. T has a lemon beagle and he's quite an exciteable pup so he loved being on the coast.
