Not necessarily. Just basic Melatonin. I can fall asleep, my issue is when I go to the bathroom, I can never fall back asleep.

I try not to. My workout is over around 6:30 usually. But I do drink quite a bit while training.

I'm up every night to use the bathroom at least once too, sometimes I'm not 100% sure I fully wake up though.

Had a great bicep/tricep workout last night. My arm felt like one big muscle do the pump. I hit both muscles from several different angles. Felt pretty strong. Did standing overhead dumbbell extensions with an 85lb DB. I could've gone heavier I feel but it was an awkward position and I'd prefer standing over sitting.

Other than that...the normal curls and extensions with DB's and BB work. Used the rope for overhead extensions.

    Great workout none the less.

This log's last workout will be Friday.

I've been taking about 1.5 scoops preworkout.

I can't go heavy on the overhead dumbell extension because of my elbow..... also keeping the weight around 70-80 (for me)...I can concentrate more on the muscle....if I get up to 90...I just feel like I'm moving the weight and my elbow reminds me of 5 years ago when I blew it out trying to show off with heavy weights.

Wise man..... If you pick a weight that you can CONTROL... you will get much better results than trying to go heavy all the time. I also incorporate tempos in almost every muscle group for at least a set of 4

It was a good run with PMP.

Last night I trained shoulders which is always a fun experience.

Started off with DB Lat raises. Probably did about 10 sets working upto the 30s

Seated barbell presses...didn't want to go too heavy so stuck with 135 for 10, 4 sets.

Did my hack squat press. Many people don't know about this exercise but it's great for the shoulders/triceps

Then my favorite reverse bent over raises for the rear delts...then the standing reverse rear pec deck

Finished off with heavy shrugs and some drop sets.

Energy was high and the pump as well. Vascularity in forearms and neck was great too.

safe flight! i've totally done that hack squat press at my old gym because the hack squat was on a platform so it was way easier, can't really do it at the gym i'm at now.

thanks again for the log! looking forward to the review

Alright everyone...here is my final HONEST review.

I really enjoyed PMP but I feel that Nitraflex was a bit better for my needs.

I naturally get a pretty good pump and vascularity when training. The vascularity and pump was significantly enhanced when taking the PMP. There were however far too many workouts were I wish it had more kick to wake me up for my workouts. I recall when taking Nitraflex I really enjoyed the energy and focus that Nitraflex brought to the table. PMP did provide energy and focus but I felt like at times I needed more. Many factors I know goes into that like sleep and food.

I enjoyed this run with PMP and thank you for it. I do recommend this for people that don't need the stims and focus. Everyone is different and react differently as well as needing certain components for their goals. I'd like to credit some of my strength gains to the PMP as well.

    Thanks for the journey!

If you like skulls trying using a cambered bar and an underhand grip. You cannot go as heavy which protects your elbows and you get a wicked pump.

I prefer the energy in Nitraflex as well, I think you'd really enjoy the stim free for those night workouts or on a stim break though. Great log once again man! Thank you!

Thanks for the log! I think a lot of people expect the stim bomb like nitraflex and this product is just different. Glad you know what works for you though and that it's still a GAT product

One reason that I was excited to log this product was due to my experience with Nitraflex.

    Thanks for the opportunity!
