I have never seen someone store eggs at room temperature in a cabinet (14:30 in video).

I looked it up and apparently in Britain and other countries, chickens are vaccinated for salmonella, because of this people store their eggs at room temperature.

heard about it in a youtube vid but didn't know why they did it. Would still store eggs in the fridge personally cus when I've had them out at room temperature, the yolks come out all runny, making it hard to separate them from the white.

"The bottom line is shelf life. The shelf life for an unrefrigerated egg is 7 to 10 days and for refrigerated, it's 30 to 45 days. A good rule of thumb is one day at room temperature is equal to one week under refrigeration."

I think he'll be lucky to reprise his 8th place finish, but we'll see.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.

Bonac competed 7 times in a rolling 12 month period. Do you think if Heath had have entered these shows that Bonac would have beaten him at least once?

I call BS on pros saying he is a dick. Always 2 sides to a story and he seems like the most down to earth humble guy.

Seriously though, what a physique. Most dense guy in IFBB. Fact

His clenched hands MM is Phil Heath like. No weakness at all, at all. Back is super thick and his arms are just insane

Wheels are top class and his chest is crazy.

He will place top 5 next year imo

Got his name out there, won a few shows.

Let's be honest he should have been 2nd at Olympia

More conditioned than Dexter, Wolf, Ramy, Rhoden etc

No flaws unlike them, and just looked way better
