How much difference in wearing legit knee sleeves such as rehbands/sbds over regular neoprene knee sleeves like mcdavid?
Im squatting every workout, doing 5x5.
Currently using just my mcdavid that i have for basketball.
Rehband and sbds are expensive, but im quite intrigue if i should buy it

The difference in support, especially with SBDs is marked. If you need some extra support then they're worth the cost.Originally Posted by ayuntalo
