Sunday was shoulders and legs and threw a little cardio in after aswell starting (to try) to cut for the summer. The pre is giving me great workouts in the gym as I haven't got much energy left with cutting and a long day at work

Tuesdays session of chest and tris were exactly what I needed after a long long day at work. Throwing some heavy weights about to calm down. Probably only got between 4 and 6 scoops left and gonna miss it when it runs out . Between the two I still say the best is the non caffeine pre

Forgot to log Thursdays session of back and bis lulz. Anyway starting to really bang the overtime in at work so muscle bomb has been like magic powder lately can't recommend it enough. Don't wanna look in the tub because I know there isn't much left

Day 40
Had a fantastic legs and shoulders session on Sunday hit the gym mega early and it was absolutely dead. Overdid it abit on the caffeine by having a strong coffee 30mins before two scoops of pre but didn't feel any different just realised what I did after a toilet trip

Tuesday was chest and tris and starting to really enjoy this pre so much that I can't see a workout without it and I've got two scoops left . I used to just have a strong coffee before but this really gets you going. Will be sad to use it all but will defo look into buying some myself

Yeah things are good fantastic in the gym. I'm more motivated than ever for this cut and my avi was from about 2 months ago so I'm stacked to see what I can bring this year. Fruit punch was the caffeine free pre and black cherry was the pre with caff in but ill touch more on the taste on my final review. The bars suprisingly good as most bars I've tried are quite dry

I don't know if they are like this all time but on this occasion I can't fault them at all!. I was only supposed to receive one pre and I got two pre's and protein bars!

Lulz forgot Thursdays back and bis . Managed to get my deads back up to 450x2 reps again and for some reason I get stronger when I cut. That is the most I've ever pulled though same as before and I'm just going off the mirror this time around rather than the scales. Pre is doing exactly what is says on the tub and getting me through some gruelling sessions

Black cherry caffeine pre workout

Taste
The black cherry was sweet and a little bitter rolled into one. Was kinda like the sweets I used to get when I was younger

Effect
Might just be me but I couldn't really feel one scoop once i got used to two. Two scoops is the best for me and you really feel it kick in after 10mins of consuming it. You can feel the tingles from the beta alanine and it keeps you focused when you need to be

I loved the taste of the punch. I enjoyed the taste more from two scoops as it was stronger and not too weak

Again two scoops for me was the best and with me starting work sometimes at 6am I found it easier to sleep without the caff rush from the other pre. Imo this is the best between the two although that's just my opinion

Yeah nearly all pre's for me are two scoopers. I like to feel the pre working and one scoop generally is enough. I would without a doubt buy the caffeine free pre even the caff one but between the two I would choose the first. I've tried quite a few pre's in my time and like to try new ones to rule out what's good and what isn't
