Nice routine Pat. You look phenomenal. It seemed like you were rushing through the poses and not holding them very long...was this how you planned it, or did they shorten your time?
Very inspirational to see someone like you look so fantastic and do it without the extra help.
Oh and one more thing, I felt like you were not opening up fully on your FDB and BDB. Its like you were crunching your lats too much. Is that by design?

Posing routines are restricted to 70 seconds, so I kind of have to rush through to get certain shots. This contest was covered by Jeff Binns for NPC News Online.
