Just wanted to introduce myself to the the forum. Long time lurker. Posting this will hopefully give me the motivation and accountability to go for my goal tomorrow of attempting a 400 lbs front squat with belt and knee wraps. I am 175-180 lbs 5 ft 7 and 46 years old. Hopefully my old joints will hold together. It will be done with straps on the bar as I have a left shoulder mobility problem. (nerve damage from a disk bulge last year). Video will be posted regardless if I miss it or not. Last session was a 365 with a pause no wraps. So I think I got a shot at it.

Holy Carp. That's a huge FS at any weight, let alone at 175 - 180. I think the only person I have seen doing that in here must be Halfway.
Looking forward to the video.☻/

It's a worthy goal.
I remember back in the day trying a 405 front squat with belt and knee wraps.
When i started to come up it rolled towards my neck and choked me out.
Yes i passed out in the squat rack dumping the bar.
Fortunately i was fine but learned a little more respect for the front squat.
Good luck to you!

Jut take everything after the = on on the youtube link from your browser bar and do the following...
[youtube] [ /youtube], just no space between the bracket and forward slash
for example, browser link...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_3kZmwXg7Y
the k_3kZmwXg7Y goes between the format so it would look liek this

First World problems...........
Good lift, OP.
The reason why your vid won't post is because the site's autocensor blocks out any word with the consecutive letters f,a, and g. Just by coincidence, the youtube code assigned to your vid happened to contain that sequence of letters.
Repost it again to youtube, so that it gets a different code, then post the code in this thread. I'll embed it (post it as a playable video in the thread) for you.
BTW, you can't post anything for an avatar other than a pic of yourself; forum rules.Last edited by ironwill2008; 11-10-2015 at 01:42 PM.
No brain, no gain.
