i ate my bulk for today but is say i have 500 calories form exercise , should i eat it ?

Wrong. YOU don't understand myfitnesspal.
The answer is no, you don't eat back the exercise calories. MFP gives you "pointers" for movement throughout the day which is silly but you ignore it (or keep deleting my it like I do) and stick with a consistent macro/calorie intake, watch your weight over the next few weeks and adjust intake as needed based on your results.

Either you put in 'light active' and ignore the extra MFP exercise calories
Or you put in sedentary/not active and then add on the MFP exercise calories.
If you worked out your target using 'light active' and add on the exercise calls then you're doubling up.Rep Back, I Do.
