This builds on a few things he said in his TigerFitness collaboration the other week where he mentioned obstacles out of his control and admitted their was more to being Mr Olympia than objectively being the best bodybuilder on stage.
"An ambitious 17 year old with laughable unrealistic goals, with one plan and one plan only" - Was the "laughably unrealistic goal" being Mr Olympia?

No I think he's just saying at the time any goals of becoming something great were unrealistic. Laughable to not only him but those he shared them with.A pattern in the chaos.

Not ata ll. As the above poster mentioned.. It was probably the goal to make a living bodybuilding / become a professional bodybuilder in the IFBB (which is pretty ridiculous as it is.. considering how much work and drugs go into it)

At the time of being 17 Kai would not have known that the Olympia was so full of politics and that you could hold an Olympia title whilst being world #2. After all Dexter is the 2015 legit world #1 based on the actual athletes performance. If only Kai new this at age 17 he may well have won more.Originally Posted by flangmasterj

It's hard to know what Kai considers a "laughable unrealistic goal". Apparently signing a freaking entry form was a bridge too far for him this year.
