yea they aren't bad.
As i've gotten older, I don't prefer sweets much anymore.
Just ate like 10 Hot Chocolate M&M's and I'm contemplating just giving the rest to my diabeetus MIL. Maybe I can speed up her demise.

Exclamation Do you really need supplements? My story
I have never taken any supplements just because in my ****ed up country there aren't official sellers and if a store sells let's say a Gold Standard Whey from ON they sell the 5lbs tube for like $120 even when officially the 10 Lbs bag costs 105$ on Amazon. I just spent a lot of money on a Nitro Tech 4 Lbs tube they cost like 60$ and I paid 90$. The Lipo 6 Black ultra concentrate it was cheap as I gave a friend money and bought it for me while he was out of the country. Got myself a BCAA 3:1:1 from Rsp caps and a Creatine Monohydrate 2500 from ON also caps. This is the first day of my life taking any protein supplements. Took one serving of the Nitro Tech vanilla (tastes very very good), and I have been taking the BCAA and the Creatine since last wednesday. The first time i went to the gym i was 15, now i'm 20 and no I did not go to the gym for 5 years. I went to the gym for like a week when I was 15 and then quit just because I thought it was a waste of time and if I want to be healthy i could just do cardio. Years passed and in 2014 I found myself way too fat! I remember having a big beard and the reason i decided to change my life was thanks to my beard, so in December 2013 I shaved my beard completely and i was impressed! My face was round shaped and i had like a double chin! I felt nasty couldn't even look at myself in the mirror and then I said in January i'll start training and dieting however i couldn't because i had a lot of stuff to do and my family was still outside the country (my parents are from lebanon but we live in Venezuela) so they took like a 6 month vacation and for me it was burguers and pizza everyday! Xbox + candy + dirty food. In february i was way worse so the 24th of February i went to the gym at 6 am with no food in my stomach! Literally i woke up drank water and went to the gym and did cardio, yes i felt like i was going to die but at the end it was worth it. I started weighing 190lbs and at the end of March I was down almost 8 pounds. I kept going until Ramadan 2014 came (the month where we fast i'm pretty sure you know what i mean) so I couldnt go to the gym anymore for a month because my gym is not near my home and I would break the fast at 6:30 pm. I had no time at all to train however I did not lose muscle mass! I eat a lot but healthy. Time passes by and we hit Ramadan 2015 (same process) I was ripped by then and had a lot of strength. During Ramadan i found out about "Bulking & Cutting"! I had no idea what that meant before i did not understand how the body works and if you want to build muscle you would need to bulk and bla bla. Researching more I found out about them "Macros" i learnt a lot of stuff but when Ramadan ended I went back to the gym with my normal routine and eating habits. In september 2015 i got a first class ticket to snap city and snapped the **** out of my shoulder but no! I did not injure myself training. In fact i was waking up when i injured myself as im used to carry my own body and jump out of the bed i ****ed up my right shoulder. Did not see a doctor cause i didnt wanted him to tell me "hey you'll have to stop working out for that amount of weeks" first week off and the pain was still there! Then i went to the doctor and he told me I had tendonitis or smth like that. Got some B12 injections, antiinflammatory, proper medicine and proper rest. Today 30th November 2015 is my first day training after my shoulder injury! Went from benching 2 of 45lbs plates on each side to bench with 25lbs on each side! **** happens and you have to be cautious. This is why I bought myself those supplements just to boost my recovery. While I was off the gym for 2 months and almost a week i researched more about nutrition. Decided to drop out of Economics and switch to nutrition cause I found out this is what I love! Apart from aviation. I will post some pictures of me and maybe this post will motivate anyone who doesn't have money to spend on supplements. I honestly think they are not crucial however they will in fact speed up the process and help you.
